The family contacts Everest and then:

A Senior Advisor who is a funeral expert is assigned to the family to provide 24- hour assistance throughout the funeral process.

Freephone conferences can be scheduled for geographically dispersed family members who want to participate in the funeral planning process.

A personalised funeral plan is confirmed if the client has made plans in advance. If the client has not made plans, we will help the family create a personalised funeral plan.

Pricing information is presented to the family in an easy to understand format.

Your Everest Advisor will negotiate prices and handle all communication with a local funeral director, removing the family from a sales-focused environment.

A will is very important, but it is not a good place to outline your wishes for your funeral. In many cases, the deceased’s Will cannot be located or read in time for the funeral. With Everest’s services, any decisions you’ve made about your funeral are never more than a phone call away.

If you completed your plan online and/or mailed a paper version to Everest, an Advisor will first coordinate any additional details with your family and then work with the funeral director to ensure your wishes are honoured.
